What you need:
First, you need to cook half of the berries with honey in a small saucepan over low heat. After they are slightly warmed, remove the fruit from heat and stir in the basil leaves.
Then, scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean and combine them with the cheese in a small bowl.
Add ¼ cup cheese mixture into 6 glasses or bowls. Top with ¼ cup warm berry mixture and another ¼ cup of the remaining fresh berries and a basil sprig.
